CJBRC - 40 Days Fasting Prayer

In our CJBRC (Christ Jesus's Blood Redeemed Church), we are not following 40days fasting prayer that comes before Good Friday.

I had this question of why we are not following it???

Our Church Mother (Mrs. Ranjitham Paramanantham) has cleared us our doubts with the three Bible verses.

I would like to present this to you also.

"Do not touch, Do not taste and Do not handle," Which all concern things which perish with the using-according to the commandments and doctrines of men? (Colossians=2:21,22)

So do we need to take fasting or not? Yes, the answer was,

"However, this kind(of Demon) does not go out except by prayer and fasting." (Matthew=17:21)

So Fasting has to be taken out to Oppose and to defeat evil spirits and demons.

CJBRC - April 19th 2009 - Sunday Prayer

FOOLISH!!! FOOLISH!!! FOOLISH!!!

"Now five of them were wise and five where foolish ."Those who were foolish took there lamps and took no oil with them (Matthew= 25:2,3)

" do not be like the horse or like the mule, which have no understanding,
which must be harnessed with bit and Bridle, else they will not come near you". (psalm= 32:9)

"For an empty-headed man will be wise, when a wild donkey's colt is born a man. (Job=11:12)

"Then he said to them, " O Foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! (Luke=24:25)

The Wise woman builds her house but the foolish pulls it down with her hands (Proverbs=14:1)

But everyone who hears these sayings of mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. (Matthew=7:26)

DAY - 3

Get Rid of Weariness!!!

"But you have not called upon me, O Jacob; and you have been weary of me" (Isaiah=43:22)

"Not lagging in diligence, fervent in Spirit, Serving the Lord". (Romans=12:11)

"Watch and Pray, lest your enter into temptation. The Spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak". (Matthew=26:41)

"It is the Spirit who gives life, the flesh profits nothing. The words that i speak to you are Spirit, and they are life". (John=6:63)

"Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice, for the Lord has done marvelous things". (Joel=2:21)

"And the ransomed of the Lord shall return and come to Zion with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away". (Isaiah=35:10)

DAY-2

Do Not Cease!!!

"...,Do not cease to cry out to the LORD, our God for us, that he may save us from the Hard of philistines" (I-Samuel=7:8)

"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the LORD and int he power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, thsat you may be able to stand againsat the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. (Ephesians=6:10-13)

"Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees, And make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed". (Hebrews=12:12,13)

"At midnight I will rise to give thanks to you, because of your righteous judgments. (Psalm=119:62)

"Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm. CJBRC - April 15th 2009 - Fasting Prayer

Day - 1
PRAY! DON'T LOOSE HEART!

Then He spoke a parable to them, that Men always ought to pray and not lose heart, (Luke=18:1)

The Lord's word states that men has lost their hearts for prayer and hence our Lord doesn't want us to leave our prayers and want us to have or prayers again with an hungry hearts for prayers.

"Have you not known? Have you not heard? the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the end of the earth neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to weak, and to those who have no might. He increases strength, even the youth shall fain and be weary, and the young man shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah=40:28-31)

Bible says,

"Yes, in the way of your judgments, O LORD, we have waited for you; the desire of our soul in for your name and for the remembrance". (Isaiah=26:8)

"You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you because he trust in you. (Isaiah=26:3)

"For consider him who endured such hostility from sinners against himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls". (Hebrews=12:3)

so god has suffered such hostility, so lets follow him as he is our master.

"And shall God not avenge his own elect who cry out day and night to him, though he wears along with them?" (Luke=18:7)

Bible also explains about how we should pray??

"Pray without ceasing" (I-Thesselonians=5:17)

Why should we pray?

"To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning. the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord that he may be glorified". (Isaiah=61:3)

"Instead of your shame, you shall have double honor, and instead of confusion, they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double; everlasting joy shall be theirs". (Isaiah=61:7)

Churches all around the world Had condolence prayer on this day. But in our Church Good Friday was celebrated and Good Friday celebrations were completed.

Also our church(CJBRC) believers were not in 40 days Fasting or in Length days. Want to know why?

CJBRC - 05th April 2009 - Sunday Message

IT IS GOOD!!! IT IS GOOD!!! IT IS GOOD!!!

Today the Lord’s word to the church was “It is Good!!!”

The word begins as,

“IT IS GOOD THAT ONE SHOULD HOPE AND WAIT QUITELY FOR THE SALVATION OF THE LORD” (LAMENTATION=3:26)

Yes!!! The salvation of the Lord is very precious so as to reap the Harvest of Salvation we must first hope and Wait quietly .

Here the Good thing is to Hope and wait Quietly for the Salvation.

Then,

“BETTER IS THE DINNER OF HERBS WHERE LOVE IS, THAN A FATTED CALF WITH HATRED” (PROVERBS=15:17)

Followed by,

“IT IS GOOD FOR A MAN TO BEAR THE YOKE IN HIS YOUTH” (LAMENTATION=3:27)

“IT IS GOOD FOR ME THAT I HAVE BEEN AFFLICTED, THAT I MAY LEARN YOUR STATUTES” (PSALM=119:71)

The above verses speak about what all are Good for a man. There is no need for explanation as they are Straight forward.

Now the final verse which is the most important is,

“MY SON, EAT HONEY BECAUSE IT IS GOOD” (PROVERBS=24:13)

Lord’s word says “Eat Honey”.

Why Honey is Good???

Because of its sweetness !!!

No!!!

Then why???

Here the HONEY REFERS TO THE HOLY BIBLE which is more and more sweeter than Honey.

Lord wants us all to intake the words of Lord which is in the form OF BIBLE, WHICH IS GOOD.

So Now we have all Know what is Good and let us all do the same and get all blessing from our lord!!!

CJBRC - 29th March 2009 - Sunday Message

HE WILL GUIDE ME!!! HE WILL GUIDE ME!!!

HE WILL GUIDE ME!!!

“WHO WILL BRING ME TO THE FORTIFIED CITY WHO WILL LEAD ME TO EDOM“ (PSALMS=60:9)

It is the questions for every men in this world.

No one in this world can take you into the fortified city from this dangerous & cunning world .

Neither your Father, Nor your Mother can take you into the fortified city .Your job or Your wealth can take you into that fortified cit where you can be safe and happy without the fear of the evil.

“…I AM THE LORD YOUR GOD, WHO TEACHES YOU TO PROFIT, WHO LEADS YOU BY THE WAY YOU SHOULD GO.”(ISAIAH=48:17)

So the from the above verse we can get the thing that god needs us to soar profits, and he has kept the plans for us. All we need to do is to follow his teachings and follow the way shown by him.

“NOW MAY THE LORD DIRECT YOUR HEARTS INTO THE LOVE OF GOD AND INTO THE PATIENCE OF CHRIST ”

(II-THESSALONIANS=3:5)

How the Lord will Lead us? We have not seen our Lord, How will he direct?

These are all the questions that arise from the above verse, for all these queries the answer is,

“The Spirit of Truth”

“… WHEN HE, THE SPRIT OF TRUTH, HAS COME, HE WILL GUIDE YOU INTO ALL TRUTH…” (JOHN=16:13)

“FOR THIS IS GOD , OUR GOD FOREVER AND EVER; HE WILL BE OUR GUIDE EVEN TO DEATH” (PSALM=48:14)

“FOR THE LAMB WHO IS IN THE MIDST OF THE THRONE WILL SHEPHERD THEM AND LEAD THEM TO LIVING FOUNTAINS OF WATERS…” ( REVELATION=7:17)

Fine!!!, Lord will guide!!! But Whom he will guide???

“HE WILL FEED HIS FLOCK LIKE A SHEPHERD; HE WILL GATHER THE LAMBS WITH HIS ARM, AND CARRY THEM IN HIS BOSOM, AND GENTLY LEAD THOSE WHO ARE WITH YOUNG” (ISAIAH=40:11)

Thus our Lord Jesus Christ, who is in the midst of Throne, will guide as the Holy Spirit of Truth for ever and ever for his Lambs and He will guide more gently for his people who has given birth to many people by preaching them the way of Lord.

Let us Preach the Word of Lord and Give Rebirth to them by salvation.

Lord Will Guide us!!!
